Construct a Science and Math Building Complex consisting of a five story Lab / Classroom Building and a two Story Dental Hygiene / Faculty Office Building together with Site Improvements including tie-ins to campus utilities and infra structure. The Lab/Classroom Building is fully sprinklered, Type II-FR, consisting of 71,000 SF with Mixed Occupancies of B, A-3 and S-1. The Dental Hygiene / Faculty Office Building is fully sprinklered, Type II-FR, consisting of 14,200 SF with B Occupancy.
